Luca's recovery
I am glad to report that Luca is beginning to recover from the surgery. The first 24 hours were hard for all of us. He wouldn't drink milk and was either sleeping or crying in pain. John was amazing and I am very thankful he is a nurse. He did a beautiful job helping him through the night! At 10:30 this morning Luca turned the corner and was alert and calm. He watched his mobile in the swing for a while and then feel back to sleep. We are thankful to have lots of support! Thanks everyone.

Been wanting to call you to see how you've been doing after Luca's surgery, but we haven't been home...so it's nice to get your updates! We love you and have been praying for guys. Excited for you that Luca slept through the night! That's great! Love you! Heidi.
